Help homeless men make a U-turn

There is a wonderful new opportunity to assist U-Turn in their ministry to the homeless.

U-Turn ministry to the homeless

There is a wonderful new opportunity to assist U-Turn in their ministry to the homeless. As a helper at the soup kitchen you will welcome people at the door, help serve meals, and chat with the homeless about the Gospel and learn from them about life on the streets. You could even give a short Bible message.

After a couple of visits to familiarise yourself, you’d be required to commit to visiting once a week for approximately 3 months. The soup kitchen is run daily (Mon – Fri) from 17:00 – 18:00 at the Claremont Haven (behind the Claremont Pick ‘n Pay).
